Lanseq provides inference infrastructure and related API services for open models. This Privacy & Data Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Lanseq website, contact us, or use Lanseq services.
Information we collect
Website and contact information
If you submit the Lanseq contact form, we may collect:
- your name
- work email address
- company or organization
- the contents of your message
- basic technical information required for security, abuse prevention, and service operation
We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage integrations and partnerships, provide support, and protect our services.
API and inference data
When you use Lanseq inference services, we process the information necessary to provide the requested model inference, which may include prompts, request parameters, model responses, usage information, and technical service metadata.
Lanseq does not use customer prompts, model inputs, model outputs, or inference content to train models.
How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and operate Lanseq services
- process API and model inference requests
- authenticate and manage access
- provide customer support

- measure usage and maintain service reliability
